Sylvia Vindevogel and Giancarlo Davite

Sylvia Vindevogel of Rwanda is the navigator for Giancarlo Davite, the pair placed 2nd at the FIA African Rally Championship in Tanzania. Vindevogel was the only woman participating in the rally.

She won the rally in Rwanda last year which made her the first female navigator in four decades to win a round of the Championship.

Kenya is next up in the series and takes place on April 2-4.
