Ladies Love Their Muscle Cars in Australia
Vintage ad for a 1972 Valiant Charger
The Sydney Morning Herald in Australia published a great story on women who love their muscle cars, we’ll give you the hightlights.
Our favorite is Angela McDermott and her 1973 Valiant Charger. Her car kept stalling and she was getting frustrated. So, she did the obvious thing. “I took my blanket and I went out and I slept in it for the whole night, and I haven’t had a problem since. So yes, we have a very deep connection.”
Whether you’re looking for a deep connection with the car or a guy the Valiant Charger might be the car for you. Karina Francis who has a 1971 Charger says that she’s been stopped in her car and asked out twice.
Fiona Williams owns a 1958 Austin Lancer and her car brings her affection from total strangers who leave “lovely notes” on her windshield.
Or, maybe you want to be the star of your town like Natasha Richards with her 1981 Chevrolet Caprice station wagon (with tan velour seats!). When people meet her they say “You’re the girl with the car!”
