Mr. Paul Hutton from the UK was pulled over by police for drinking and driving…in a Barbie car. Mr. Hutton who is 40 years old was driving the 4 mph car made for 3-5 year olds.

The former Royal Air Force engineer was working on modifying the car with his son who is taking a car mechanics course. However, the car could still be outrun by a mobility scooter.

Mr. Hutton, who was twice the legal drinking limit, had been pulled over for drunk driving in the past and this time was sentenced to a mandatory 3 year ban, a 12 month conditional discharge and a small fine.

The judge had this to say: “I have never seen the like of it in 15 years on the bench.” No word as to whether he was headed to Malibu Barbie’s house for a pool party.
