4 Women Racing at Le Mans 24 Hour Today
Drivers Frey, Allemann, Gachnang

Three of the women made up the all-female Matech team. The drivers include: Cyndie Allemann, 24, Natacha Gachnang, 22, and Rachel Frey, 24. Gachnang came back after a terrible crash in Abu Dhabi in April where she fractured her leg. The last all-female team at Le Mans 24 hour was in 1991.
Vanina Ickx will be racing her sixth Le Mans with Pierre Ragues and Franck Mailleux in the LMP1 class in a Lola Aston Martin.
